Step 1 - You book a complimentary initial 15min call with our Founder, Freddy Vargas to get a brief idea of what you're looking for and if we're in a position to help.

Step 2 - We send you a link to book an onsite visit. This is the visit where we sit down with you and really get to know you, your home and what you're looking for, whether it's a cosy office space or a modern annex conversion that you want to rent out or something else entirely. We need to understand you, your needs, and what you're working with in order to put together a proposal and quote. We'll take measurements and photos, go away and create a personalised, three-to-five page proposal for you, with different options if you're not quite decided, fully costed so you know where you stand.
Step 2 - We send you a link to book an onsite visit. Step 3 - If there are any tweaks or choices to be made these are done and then you sign off the quote and our Terms of Business. This is where it gets exciting!

Step 4 - You pay an initial deposit and we get to work buying materials and organising a workflow for you. We also set up a private Whatsapp group for your project where we keep you updated with progress and photos, and any questions can be answered quickly and without delay.

Step 5 - You will receive weekly invoices as the work progresses and can keep track of everything with our regular updates. When the work is complete, we'll book an onsite visit with you to make sure you're happy so you can sign off the work, and will then issue any balancing invoices.

We can deal with most issues arising from the way the Portuguese generally build (no damp proof course, no insulation, lack of ventilation as just one example!). If you've realised your house is cold and damp, leaking somewhere or just generally needs 'sprucing up', rest assured we can help make it look beautiful again, without losing any characteristic features you want to keep.
